Isn’t it about time you love your space again?
Buying a new home or doing a massive overhaul of your entire house may not be necessary to be excited about your space again. Updating your kitchen and making it more functional or turning your master bathroom in to your personal retreat is likely all you need.
The difficulty is, most large remodel contractors won’t respond for anything smaller than a major remodel. Furthermore, if you can find a contractor who will take on the smaller jobs often they lack an eye for design and the ability to help you turn your dream in to a reality, much less present to you beforehand what your remodel could look like.
Town Toolbox focuses on the small to medium sized remodels and we not only have the construction skills to complete your project, but we also have the design, drafting, and presentation skills to show you your dream before construction begins.
Steps to Get Your Remodel Project Done
- Share your remodel ideas with us by filling out the contact form. We will review your inquiry and get back to you with any questions.
- We schedule a walkthrough.
- After the walkthrough we will send you an estimate for the job. If design and drafting services will be required, they must be fully paid before construction can begin.
- Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 25% deposit, and you will be added to our schedule. You pay the remaining balance at the end of the job, or per the payment schedule we agree on in advance.
- We arrive at the scheduled date and time, and transform your space into a place you’ll love again.

Things to Note
- Design and drafting services, if required, will be charged separately and full payment must be received prior to construction.
- The initial estimate is not a contract or a bill. It is our best guess at the total price to complete the work, based upon our initial inspection, but may be subject to change. If material prices change or additional parts and labor are required, we will inform you prior to proceeding with the work.
